MOREFLOWERS can organise same day delivery for flowers order before 2pm Monday to Friday or before 9am on Saturdays. For more information please refer to same day delivery.
We will do our very best to deliver the flowers as pictured on the website. If an item is unavailable we will substitute it with another item of similar design, colour, quality and price. For more information refer to 'substitution policy'.
There is space during the ordering process for you provide any special delivery instructions and we recommend you use it to provide us with your preferred course of action if no one is home at the time of delivery. If no one is home and it is not safe to leave the gift at the door we can arrange to re-deliver the flowers, however this may incur an additional delivery fee.
