DELIVERY GUIDE
MoreFlowers makes orders delivered to anywhere around the world. With an attempt to fill the order as closely as possible, we offers delivery service on most days, except Sundays and Legal Holidays. For your convenience, it is highly recommended that orders should be placed at least five days in advance before any major holidays.
Once an order is filled, we will charge $12.95 for flower orders before it is added to the order at checkout (varied for delivery address), this will be counted as the standard delivery fee to major city areas. However, the fee for basket and perfume orders may vary according to areas or event days. Also, it will differ depending on the choices you made via a professional advisor.
DELIVERY TIME
While exceptions may arise for geographic location and courier of the order, all Flower orders are normally received by 5pm for business addresses and 6pm for residential addresses. MoreFlowers would also be happy to honor requests for specific time deliveries in the Special Delivery Instructions of your order. However, chances that not all delivery may be possible by the requested time due to circumstances beyond our control.
As to Timed Event orders, an alternative address should be included for the purposes of a substitute delivery in case the event is missed. No PO Box or locked bag addresses request is accepted.
In case there is no available recipient, incorrect recipient information or changes to the recipient information without notice beforehand, MoreFlowers reserve the right to charge additional fees and delivery charges to your credit card. For requests on re-deliveries, we will complete them on the next available delivery date. For further information, please see the REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS section.
RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE
Should you have any specific instructions, please note them down in the "Special Delivery Instructions" field while finishing the checkout.
In the events of delivery attempting from a courier to an unavailable recipient (not at home, not respond when contacted, or not answer the door), recipient will receive a phone calls for update schedule of another concordant delivery time. The courier can also ask for leaving the order with reception or security office of the building, or leaving the order with a neighbor. In cases the courier receives refusal on collection orders order, or if the order is left on premise due to no access gained into the premise, or left their at recipient’s request, no responsibility will be involved with MoreFlowers if the flowers are lost or damaged.
For all requests of leaving orders at the front door, under stairs or at front of house filled in by the Delivery Instruction for your orders, we promised to have our courier follow them accordingly if possible. However, in case all instructions from you are accomplished yet the order becomes stolen, lost, or should the flowers deteriorate due to weather condition or being left unattended, no responsibility, refunds or compensation should be provided.
Also, while every effort will be made to accommodate such deliveries when possible, items requested for delivery on selected countries due to courier restrictions, recipients will be requested to collect the order from the nearest depot, the building’s security office, concierge or a front desk area on location. These times, former notifications will be sent to recipients.
ORDER CUTOFF TIMES*
MoreFlowers only guarantee Same-day delivery for flower products to major capital cities in cases we receive these orders before 2pm Monday to Friday & 10am on Saturdays (all time based on local time of the recipient’s location) with subject to the limitations as below.
Should impossible Same Day Orders happened due to stock unavailability or received geographic location, MoreFlowers would like to process them on the next available delivery date. Also, delivery service will not be available on Sundays or local Public Holidays unless it is an event day with former notice. Instead, items requested for delivery on this kind of day may have to be delivered the day before or the day after the date requested.
LOCAL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Due to couriers restrictions or unavailability on some delivery location during Public Holidays in the recipient’s state or country, there are no guarantee for delivery on those days. Make sure the Public Holidays listing by the government of the recipient's local area is carefully checked before any order is placed.
CHRISTMAS
MoreFlowers only guarantee for flower orders are being cut off 2 business days before Christmas. As a results of higher requests during this season and the courier restrictions, we cannot guarantee or provide a delivery time for these orders either. However, once your orders are proceeded as our Delivery guide, all will surely be made as soon as humanly possible, except for those who place orders after the cut off time. Instead, these late order will be delivered until the next available delivery day after the Christmas holidays.
VALENTINE'S DAY
Latest request for Valentine’s Day delivery for any flower orders is the business day before 14th of February. As a results of higher requests during this season and the courier restrictions, we cannot guarantee or provide a delivery time for these orders either. However, once your orders are proceeded as our Delivery guide, all will surely be made as soon as humanly possible, except for those who place orders after the cut off time. Instead, these late order will be delivered until the next available delivery day after the Valentine's Day.
MOTHER'S DAY
We provide guarantee on any flower orders is the business day before Mother’s Day. While we can also handle some orders right on the Mother’s day yet due to the time limited, we would like to place some orders delivered one day before Mother’s Day.
Due to the large volume of orders that MOREFLOWERS will be delivering for Mother's Day, we cannot guarantee or provide a delivery time for these orders. As a results of higher requests during this season and the courier restrictions , we cannot guarantee or provide a delivery time for these orders either. However, once your orders are proceeded as our Delivery guide, all will surely be made as soon as humanly possible, except for those who place orders after the cut off time. Instead, these late order will be delivered until the next available delivery day after the Mother’s Day.
DELIVERY LIMITATIONS
No guarantee delivery is available to special places due to limited access, named as hospitals (especially Intensive Care Units), army, airforce, naval bases, ships, jails, cemeteries, secure buildings, hotels and mines.
RURAL OR REMOTE AREAS
Rural addresses and remote locations are not be ensured to have your orders delivered or delivered on time.
Should you have any special requests on a specific delivery time, make sure all your personal instructions finished in the Special Instructions field during checkout. All effort will be made to meet your special delivery requests. However, for weekend delivery with areas restriction and unavailability of courier services, we would like to ask for your understanding in automatically adjustments to the next available delivery date.
In the events of inaccessible rural addresses and remote locations, recipients will be notified beforehand for an alternative locations to collect the gifts. Also, Moreflowers cannot guarantee the random scheduling and coverage of delivery route going to rural areas in some occasions; therefore, some orders may arrive 1-3 day earlier or later.
HOSPITALS, RECOVERY HOUSES, STUDENT HOUSING & NURSING HOMES
Any orders requested to above addresses should be included the specific hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.
MoreFlowers will comply with facility procedures for every order requested. Make sure you have checked with the above addresses for the allowance on receiving Flowers, because most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Also, for the allergen reasons caused by lillies or latex balloons to some ICU patients, MoreFlowers will not ensure delivery due to those circumstances beyond our control. When you would like to leave the orders for the hospital warden or staff, we will not hold any responsibility for the safety or the remaining delivery of your order after the order has been taken care.
FUNERALS
MoreFlowers promised to become a trustful address to handle your requests on funeral delivery with the upmost care. Please help us make your experience completely satisfied with all following necessary information in the Address Details or Special Instructions: Full name of the deceased, name and address of the funeral home and name and phone number of a relative, and date and time of the funeral.
As the diseased’s family may not welcome the flowers delivered directly to their house as they have to alone carry the flowers to the funeral home, please prevent from any requests sending the flowers to these place.
OFFICES
For any orders requested to be delivered at office, remember the business name, telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or indication of the area the recipient is located should be included.
For extra convenience, please also note down the hours the recipient is available on premise or the specific time the order delivered to the reception or administration office. If no further notice is available, the order will then be delivered according to regular business hours of 9am to 5pm.
In cases you would like to leave the order at the reception, we will not hold any responsibility for the safety or the remaining delivery of your order after the order has been taken care.
SCHOOLS
For any school orders, MoreFlowers will make delivery by the time of 3pm or earlier, and no delivery will be proceeded during the school holiday. Make sure to note down the school name and all information if the recipient is a student or a staff on premise.
When you would like to leave the orders at the reception, we will not hold any responsibility for the safety or the remaining delivery of your order after the order has been taken care. Additional delivery fee may be charged in cases of no access to the premise or the order cannot be left on premise resulting in a second or subsequent delivery attempt.
PRIVATE RESIDENCES
Private Residences are usually inaccessible. Therefore, MoreFlowers would be happy to honor requests for private residences, as long as the following information is noted down in the requests: recipient's daytime phone number and preferably a secondary number of contact.
In cases our couriers cannot access the private residences directly and provided that we cannot leave the order at the office or security centre of the building, we would like to contact the recipient to either retrieve the order at the entrance or assist the courier to gain access into the premise (usually by contacting the security office of the building).
Additional delivery fee may be charged in cases of no access to the premise or the order cannot be left on premise resulting in a second or subsequent delivery attempt.
HOTELS & HOLIDAY RESORTS
MoreFlowers should be notified beforehand whether the recipient is a guest or a staff at the Hotel or Resort, along with the necessary information below: Hotel or Resort name, room name or number and address.
In the events of the recipient has vacated or checked-out of the hotel or resort at the time of delivery, MoreFlowers will charge the standard processing fee and delivery fee for the order. However, for any order cannot be left on premise resulting in a second or subsequent delivery attempt after a different address is provided after a failed attempt for delivery, an additional delivery fee may be charged.
ALCOHOL
Please understand that MoreFlowers will send the order in accordance with the age, religion, country or state laws and country or state regulations. Therefore, in some occasions, the alcohol portion of an order may not be allowed to be delivered. MoreFlowers will give further notice or contact you beforehand and we will reserve the right to substitute the alcohol with equal value of flowers or gift items, whether or not we have managed to contact you regarding the substitution.
For extra convenience, we strongly recommend that you should always list down second gift preference in the Special Delivery Instruction of your order so that we would substitute an alternate options without notification.
BASKET ORDERS
You can definitely trust MoreFlowers for any requested Basket Orders that you provide as we process them all with the upmost care. For the purposes of illustrations; however, the Basket images that we display on the website may not always correct. Also, due to the facts that gourmet items will differ from regions, then the selected items may not always be available. Therefore, we hope for your understanding of the inclusion of the items displayed in our images.
With best effort to fill the order as closely as possible; however if the container, flowers, or other items that comprise the order are unavailable, MoreFlowers would like to substitute your orders with content equal and/or reasonable to the original value of the order.
For some reasons of delivery restrictions, MoreFlowers cannot deliver Gift Baskets along with flowers. This is due to the fact that we calculate the advertised delivery costs per box, so when the orders go beyond the number of products allowed in one box for the advertised delivery charge, resulting in extra payment charge, we would like to give you former notice before processing the orders.
In the events of an order delivery in front of your house yet there is no one at home to accept the service, then recipients will be requested to collect the order from the safest place possible at the premise. However, there is some exceptions for alcohol products which cannot be left without a signature, premises where our courier assumes that it is unsafe to leave the gift unattended, or if we have your specifically request for the gift impossible to be left at the premises while unattended. If these happens, recipients will have to collect the gifts at the nearest post office with a calling card left at the premises, or they will be contact for further information of a second attempt after the gift has been sent back to our office. For both cases, we will add an additional re-delivery charge to the customer’s paying credit card.
Therefore, check and make sure the recipients are available at the premises on the delivery day. MoreFlowers will contact you for further advise of the above situation if needed. However, we may not always comply with the delivery day you requested. For further information, please see the REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS section below.
AUSTRALIA
MoreFlowers receive latest basket orders within Australia by 2pm weekdays, except for weekends and public holidays. Should your orders received by 09:00am in the recipient’s time zone for selected major city areas will be delivered by the Next day only. We would try our best to deliver Same-day orders to some major city areas. However, we will need at least 1-2 business days for orders going to the major city areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra. For Adelaide and Perth, it would take 1-4 business days; Darwin and Hobart could take 1-5 business days.
For non-city areas, orders going to NSW could take 1-3 business days; VIC and QLD could take 2-4 business days; SA, WA, NT, and TAS could take 2-5 business days. Requests or basket orders to remote regional areas could take 2-3 business days.
In order to make your orders satisfied, we suggest you should place your request at least 48 hours beforehand.
NEW ZEALAND
MoreFlowers receive latest basket orders going to New Zealand by 2pm weekdays, except for weekends and public holidays. Should your orders received by 09:00am in the recipient’s time zone for selected major city areas will be delivered by the Next day only. We would try our best to deliver Same-day orders to Auckland, but it will need at least 1-2 business days in case we cannot make it Same-day as your request. We will need 1-2 business days for North Island region orders to be delivered; and 3-4 business days for South Island region.
We would like to ask for your understanding for 5-day delivery of any order to areas considered as rural areas by the New Zealand Post. Due to courier restrictions, we do not offer services to some remote rural areas. In these cases, we reserve the right to send it by parcels to the closest post office with regular mail or ask for collecting by the recipients, according to the outlet procedure. As there is no exact day for the delivery to process, then please kindly wait for 5-7 days for your delivery.
BASKET ORDERS FOR THE HOLIDAYS
As a results of higher requests during Holiday seasons, named as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, & Mother’s Day and the courier restrictions, we cannot guarantee or provide a delivery time for these orders. We suggest that your orders should be placed at least 1 full week prior to your desired delivery date during these busy times to ensure a successful delivery.
PERFUME ORDERS
For any perfume orders, MoreFlowers ship them via registered post for insurance for loss or damage. You may receive the orders within 4-6 business days to major cities, 7-10 business days for other destinations and 10-14 business days for more remote areas. But once it is delivered, you will be requested for a signature. To make it easier for you, we strongly recommend that you should have the parcel shipped to receiver’s workplace if no one is home during the day to sign for the delivery.
For most perfume orders shipped through registered post, you do not have to pay for any extra customs charges, especially for orders going to Australia, new Zealand and USA. However, additional VAT/ extra taxes upon collection may be required for some local locations. Consult with the government in the recipient’s area ahead of the orders as MoreFlowers will not give you any information related to this. MoreFlowers will not be responsible for the charge nor would we collect the charge on behalf nor even prevent them from happen.
Non-registered post will be applied for orders to military addresses or selected addresses. While the time expected for these orders will be within 10-14 business days, remote destinations orders may prolong up to 14-21 business days. For these orders, no signature required and tracking is unavailable. MoreFlowers will not accept any claims for loss or damage in these cases. It is strongly advised that the order’s address should be available with registered post.
Please note that this service is not available for orders shipped to China or Japan.
PERFUME ORDERS FOR THE HOLIDAYS

During the Checkout process, your Card type information should be fulfilled. In cases of any claim on quality, delivery or refund request, Please let MoreFlowers know within 3 days from the final product delivery date using the feedback form. PRICING
While MoreFlowers always display the price for each product on our website, there would be some exceptions on special cases, which will be carefully indicated/ informed. The price shown will be the total order price, comprising delivery and surcharges-if any, to be displayed on your order page during the checkout process before you finish your order confirmation.
MoreFlowers will apply currency of the country where flowers are ordered as the price shown on the site. However, depending on your needs, you can change the currency as your desire.
Different fee will be applied according to the location on your requested order. Provided that the address information included in the order is improper and an alternative address is given, MoreFlowers will apply extra re-delivery fee debited to your credit card and you will be given former notice prior to collecting the accurate delivery amount.
MoreFlowers may offer discount for some special voucher during our promotions. We can only validate the voucher once its code was properly keyed in the Promotion Code box during the checkout process through online ordering. Only one voucher code or promotion code should be used per order. Sometimes, if the code is used with other promotional offers, then it may not be validated.

At MoreFlowers, we offer the daily fresh products. We offer fresh flower bouquets are hand gathered and brought together to form unique, beautiful, and unforgettable arrangements that hold an incredible value due to their color, size, and freshness. However, alterations or amendments applied for orders that are being prepared, already prepared and/or in transit are impossible. We are committed to providing the accuracy of all product descriptions and website content as accurate, informative, reliable and current as possible. MoreFlowers always attempt to fill the order as closely as possible; due to unavailability or seasonality, then the order will be substituted with content equal to the original value of the order (flowers/ colors/ types of products.) Should the instances happened, you will be contacted prior to delivery day. We guarantee the best efforts to make the delivery on time, with or without notifying you regarding the substitution. For the flower substitutions, Moreflowers will replace flowers of a similar shape, size and value but different type and color for your orders without changing the overall effect of the arrangement.
For any single flower variety order, priority is placed on the same kind with different color. As prior information of a second choice from your order description or Special Instructions for any difficulty in supplying the order to exact specification, we will make proper substitution accordingly.
For easier on substitutions, please let MoreFlowers know your choice of a preferred color in the Special Delivery Instruction of your order. In rare occasions when a preferred color or blend is provided, yet it is unavailable, we will substitute an alternate color according to the occasion selected in your order without notification.
Provided that you would like to cancel the order when there is no possible substitution of the color/ type you insisted, please note down '(color) only, if not please cancel my order' in the Special Delivery Instruction.
MoreFlowers may not insure of the availability for all types of our gift and baskets range, due to seasonal availability or lack of stock of items in a certain color that you requested. In those circumstances, MoreFlowers would like to make small replacements without influence on the time being delivered. In the events of alternating the final value of the gifts or baskets, you will be contacts for further discussion.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
No cancellation or refund will be applied for orders in progress (either in preparation or being delivered). This will also be applied for Same-day orders.
MoreFlowers will deliver your Same-day orders on the next available delivery date in the events of the items you request are out of stock on that day or due to restriction in geographic location of the recipient.
MoreFlowers may help you terminate orders which are not currently in progress; however, extra charge of up to 50% will be included for the progressing fee. may be cancelled on request and at MOREFLOWERS discretion. A processing fee of up to 50% may be charged.
MoreFlowers will apply extra re-delivery fee debited to your credit card when we have attempted to deliver your orders yet those orders needed a second or subsequent delivery. An unsuccessful delivery comprise the unavailability of the recipients at the premises submitted, incorrect information of recipients, premises where our couriers think it is unsafe for leaving the orders unattended, vague information of recipient location, and additional instruction is required to locate the physical address.
MoreFlowers will process a re-delivery on the next available delivery date as soon as the extra charge has been received. Clients may reserve the right to terminate the order with the fee charged equal to the full price of the arrangement including the delivery fee.
MoreFlowers have the right to receive claims on quality, no delivery or request for refund within 3 days from the final product delivery date using the feedback form. We will then take relating action on each valid complaint soonest. Should any Proof of Delivery or additional supporting document is needed, please kindly wait for 2 weeks for our arrangement.
In the events of failure or delay of any third-party services involved, MoreFlowers will not hold any responsibility or liability for it during processing.
MoreFlowers guarantee for orders properly delivered under these terms and conditions. In the events of non-complying to all the options mentioned above, MoreFlowers would like to make the new delivery for your order or refund the money paid in relation to services we have not provided
Should any applicable refund occurs, MoreFlowers will take actions on such proven requests within 2 weeks. We will make earlier refund for the charge for the same card holder with the same amount of currency used for the order. The refund’s turnaround time will be processed according to your financial institution as we do not take charge of the relating information you need.
